There are several methods to upscale the low resolution videos, mostly are paid but few are free, we will discuss both in this article.
My personal favourite free method is Capcut magic tools, not only we can upscale the video but there are other cool features like image upscaler, background remover, batch edits etc are there.
In the below screenshot you can i am using capcut online version, and it’s super easy to do.
